Together, we look at what matters most to you, then co-create a practical plan to help you make real, lasting changes to your lifestyle & habits so you can reach those goals & move forward with greater adaptability & mindfulness.

As a Prekure certified holistic health & wellbeing coach, in addition to my legal training, I offer trustworthy, confidential health & wellbeing consultations & ongoing support for anyone who feels overwhelmed or unsure of how to reach their health goals.
Sessions are designed for people who want to create sustainable changes in daily habits, manage stress, or adjust after a new health diagnosis. You can book from various coaching packages, all tailored to fit your individual needs & values.
How does the booking process work?
Booking with Strong Mind Frame is simple. Fill in the contact form below or call or email me directly requesting an enquiry call or an appointment in a timeframe that suits you & I will contact you to confirm arrangements. I offer flexibility with evening & weekend options by appointment as well as during business hours.
Your initial session will be a Discovery session where we explore what your needs are & how we can work together to achieve your health & wellness goals.
We then tailor your package according to your requirements for the support & lifestyle medicine information that you will benefit from. This will include mindset, nutrition, sleep, exercise & community in service of your goals.
You can request a booking online in just a few steps below or reach out for advice first if you have questions. Once you’ve chosen your preferred date(s) and time(s), I’ll confirm your appointment & send you my coaching agreement plus helpful information so you can prepare. I am also available for in-person appointments in Auckland, New Zealand.
